September 2025 was a meaningful day at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) headquarters. Together with Mahija Parahita Nusantara Foundation, CCEP Indonesia held an activity "CCEP Menyapa"a volunteering program that brings the spirit of sharing, inspiration, and hope.
In this program, CCEP Indonesia invited 20 children from the Diakoneia Modern Campus Foundation (KDM)an alternative school for street children and children of garbage workers' families. The goal was simple but meaningful, to open a window for these children to get to know more professions and foster new dreams about their future. The activity started with a sharing session from CCEP Indonesia leaders who warmly welcomed the KDM children. Among them were Lucia Karina, Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability Director; Linda Ch. Daryanto, Customer Service & Supply Chain Director; and Suyono, Business Process & Technology Director.

In this opportunity, CCEP leaders shared their career journeys, challenges faced, and the importance of continuing to dare to dream.

Interestingly, the children were brave enough to ask questions and discuss how these leaders got to where they are today. The moment was proof that curiosity is the beginning of their passion for learning.

Not only listening to inspirational stories, children are also invited to express themselves through art and creativity.. A warm atmosphere was felt when they confidently performed an angklung game in front of CCEP Indonesia employees. A simple moment that brought smiles and applause to the room!
After that, the activity continued with a painting session on a tote bag with the theme "dream profession"where each child was free to express their imagination about their future. Some drew themselves as soccer players, musicians, teachers, and even company leaders at CCEP Indonesia. From every stroke of color and tone of angklung played, there is one thing in common, namely passion and belief that dreams can start anywhere.

Fun continues through activities "Jelajah Profesi"activity, where the children went around the CCEP Indonesia office while seeking employee autographs and asking about their professions. The purpose of this activity is not only to know about various professions, but to build their courage to get to know the adults here. The atmosphere was lively, full of laughter and positive curiosity.
The spirit of sharing at CCEP Menyapa does not stop at activities with children. On this occasion, CCEP Indonesia also provided real support for the KDM Foundation in the form of equipment and needs that can support their activities.

The assistance includes JBL speakers for learning activities, basic food packages for needs in the KDM dormitory, and cellphones that can be used to support learning and communication activities there.
Of course, this activity went smoothly thanks to the CCEP volunteers who accompanied the children every step of the way with patience and enthusiasm.
This program is a tangible manifestation of CCEP and Mahija's commitment to providing inclusive and meaningful learning opportunities. Hopefully, activities like CCEP Menyapa can continue to open space for more children to dream, dare to try, and believe that a bright future can always be achieved.
