CCEP Menyapa: Nurturing Dreams Through Inspiration and Creativity

September 2025 marked a meaningful day at the National Office of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP). In collaboration with Yayasan Mahija Parahita Nusantara, CCEP held “CCEP Menyapa”, a volunteering initiative designed to bring together the spirit of sharing, inspiration, and hope.

For this program, CCEP invited 20 children from Yayasan Kampus Diakoneia Modern (KDM)—an alternative school for children from street and waste worker families. The goal was simple yet impactful: to open new horizons for these children, helping them explore various professions and spark new dreams for their future.

The activity began with a warm welcome and sharing session from CCEP Indonesia’s leaders, including Lucia Karina, Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability Director; Linda Ch. Daryanto, Customer Service & Supply Chain Director; and Suyono, Business Process & Technology Director.

 They shared stories about their career journeys, the challenges they’ve overcome, and the importance of staying courageous and hopeful in pursuing one’s dreams.

What made the session even more inspiring was how the children eagerly asked questions—curious to learn how these leaders achieved their success today. It was a touching moment that showed how curiosity can ignite the spirit to keep learning.

Beyond listening to stories, the children were also encouraged to express themselves through art and creativity. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and joy as they confidently performed an angklung ensemble in front of CCEP employees—a simple yet heartwarming performance that brought smiles and applause throughout the room.

The day continued with a tote bag painting session themed “My Dream Profession”, where each child illustrated their vision of the future. Some dreamed of becoming football players, musicians, teachers, or even company leaders at CCEP. Through every stroke of color and every note of the angklung, one message shone clearly—dreams can begin anywhere.

The excitement continued with a fun activity called “Career Exploration”, where the children toured the CCEP office, collecting signatures and asking employees about their jobs. More than just learning about different professions, this activity encouraged the children to build confidence in communicating and connecting with adults in a professional environment. The atmosphere was lively—filled with laughter, curiosity, and enthusiasm.

The spirit of giving at CCEP Menyapa went beyond the activities themselves. On this occasion, CCEP also extended direct support to Yayasan KDM by donating various supplies to help with their daily operations and learning activities.

The donations included JBL speakers for learning and recreation, care packages of essential goods for the KDM dormitory, and mobile phones to support learning and communication needs.

This meaningful day was made possible through the dedication and enthusiasm of CCEP volunteers, who guided the children throughout every activity with patience and care.

CCEP Menyapa stands as a reflection of CCEP and Mahija’s shared commitment to creating inclusive and meaningful learning opportunities. It is our hope that initiatives like this will continue to open doors for more children, encouraging them to dream bigger, stay curious, and believe that a bright future is always within reach.
